The Lessard Outdoor Heritage Council is well on its way to developing funding recommendations for the 33 percent of sales tax revenues resulting from the constitutional amendment. Recommendations are to be made to the Minnesota Legislature no later than April 1, 2009 and individual and stakeholder input is encouraged.
